Shoaib Mir is a distinguished retired BS-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service with over 36 years of experience in senior management, finance, and public administration. He has held prestigious positions including Federal Secretary to the Government of Pakistan, Chief Secretary of Balochistan, and Member of the Federal Public Service Commission. During his previous tenures as Chairman of State Life Insurance Corporation, he led a significant financial transformation, overseeing the growth of the Life Fund to over PKR 1,500 billion and achieving a "AAA" PACRA rating for the corporation.
A Qualified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, Mr. Mir possesses extensive experience in corporate oversight across diverse sectors. He currently serves as a independent directorship at the National Investment Trust Limited (NITL) and Digital Custodian Company Limited. His past board experience is vast, encompassing roles at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Fauji Fertilizer Company, and ORIX Leasing, HUBCO and Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), where he frequently contributed to Audit, Investment, and Risk Management committees.
