Yes, the app allows you to manage your team. Go to the 'Team Member'  to view your team members' performance, commissions, and other relevant details.

Navigate to the 'Complaint' section and select 'Submit a Suggestion' Fill out the required details and submit. Our support team will review your submission and get back to you.

To update your profile, go to the 'Profile' section. Click on 'Edit Profile' and make the necessary changes. Don’t forget to save your updates once you’re done.

Ensure that notifications are enabled in your device settings under 'Agent App.' You can also customize the type of notifications you want to receive in the app’s settings.

Click on the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen. Enter your registered email , and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Issue: The app is crashing or freezing.

Solution:

1. Close the app completely and restart it.
2. Ensure your device is running the latest version of iOS.
3. Check for updates to MySlic App in the App Store and install any available updates.
4. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.

Issue: I can't log in to my account.

Solution:

1. Double-check your login credentials (email and password).
2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
3. If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' feature to reset it.

Solution:

1. Verify that notifications are enabled in your device settings.
