Log in to MySlic App, go to the home screen, and select the policy you want to view.
Go to 'Profile,' select 'Edit Address,' and enter your new address. Save the changes to update your information.
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Navigate to the 'Complaints' section in the app, fill out the required details, and submit your complaint.
Ensure that notifications are enabled in your device settings under 'MySlic App.' You can customize which notifications you receive.
